Welcome to Training Services

The CSA has an extensive, comprehensive and flexible training portfolio which is aimed at enhancing the professional identify of our industry and acknowledges the diversity within our sector. Our training provision is available to both members and non-members.

2012 marks the launch of our new exciting Level 3 ‘Diploma for the Debt Collection Industry’. The new Diploma is a vocational, education and training (VET) programme of study designed for the professional development of employees within our industry. This Diploma is currently being accredited on the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) and therefore is nationally recognised professional qualification.
