Diploma

The full Diploma consists of six units. Four units from the Certificate plus any two of the following optional units:

• Unit 6: Regulatory Framework
• Unit 7: Debt Sale and Purchase
• Unit 8: Tracing Systems
• Unit 9: Team Leading Skills
• Unit 10: Client DCA Management

With more exciting modules to be announced throughout 2012
