The New 2012 Diploma

The ‘NEW 2012’ Level 3 - Diploma for the Debt Collection Industry

The CSA is excited to announce that the new Level 3 Diploma Qualification has been developed into three sizes:

• Award: two modules
• Certificate: four modules
• Diploma: six modules

This new development has been born out of our recent in-depth review of the CSA Diploma. The decision to change the CSA Diploma into an accredited professional vocational qualification is about offering greater value for money, flexibility, and a range of optional modules more suitable to the diverse roles within our industry.

The CSA Diploma remains focused on developing a knowledge based and professionally qualified industry driven by the ethos of compliance.

About the Diploma:

The newly shaped Diploma will allow employees to have the flexibility of building up to the full Diploma qualification over a period of time through a modular based approach that suits a greater range of roles within our industry.

This unique offer presents both the sponsor and student the opportunity to achieve an Award, Certificate or the full Diploma qualification by building up credits from the units throughout the year.
