Q. I have a large department that needs training, what is the process that we would take to be able to achieve this?

A. We would discuss with you how the department runs and what the need for training would be, we would then write a bespoke program for your department which would include appropriate delivery methods; practical’s, theory workshops etc and then come back and discuss the program with you to see if this is exactly what you want, we can then allocate the training over the most appropriate amount of days and that’s it, we will be ready to come to your premises to deliver the training.

Q. As I’m an SME and I find it difficult to allocate time and money to training, do you have a solution to this?

A. Yes we do offer Public courses which help small businesses release individuals to go on our courses. Alternatively we also have special rates for SME’s for In-House training and Public courses, please call us to discuss.

Q. Why should I choose training from the CSA as opposed to any other training provider?

A. We have dedicated personnel who develop and run the training services who are always at the cutting edge of what’s going on in the Industry, to be able to provide the courses that are needed at the right time. There are many good reasons why the CSA are at the forefront of training in the industry, some of them being:

• We are at the forefront of the industry with the most up-to-date knowledge of what’s happening in legislation and government guidelines
• All of our trainers are practicing professionals within the Debt Industry and therefore have practical working knowledge but also have masses of theoretical knowledge

Q. I need some In-house training but I can’t find the exact course I need, can you help?

A. You can mix and match modules from different courses to create the course you need or alternatively we can write a bespoke training course for your company which will identify your strengths and weaknesses and build on those areas that you need the training to develop at no extra cost!

Q. I’m new to the Debt Collecting Industry, what courses can you recommend that I should attend?

A. If you are an individual we would strongly recommend the CSA’s City and Guilds Diploma course for the Debt Collecting Industry. This is an excellent course that is well recognised in the industry and will give you a much better understanding of how everything works.  It is delivered by practicing professionals who have vast experience in the industry and you will receive a credible qualification upon successful completion. Secondly we would recommend our Public Courses which allow people to attend courses on an individual basis, so it’s flexible to your businesses needs, these are on various topics throughout the year, please contact: training@csa-uk.com for more details on either of the above courses.

Q. If I need more than one day of training can I get discount?

A. If you have more than one day of training for In-House courses we will look at the program and possibly give you some discount.

Q. How long are the In-House courses that you run?

A. Normally one day, 9am - 5pm, but as In-House courses are specific to your company this has the potential to change according to your requirements.

Q. What are the minimum and maximum numbers that you will train in a group for in-house training?

A. We usually work on 12-15 staff that can be trained in a group at one time.
